Ozor Learn
An LMS platform for employee training, live at learn.ozor.ai. It takes the documents a company already has, policies, decks and handbooks, and turns them into bite-sized lessons, quizzes and videos, assigned to the right people and tracked to completion.
The problem it solves
Every company has to train its people: day-one onboarding, recurring compliance, product knowledge, the process know-how that lives in a few heads. In most LMS tools that means building every course by hand, chasing employees to finish them, and assembling completion reports after the fact.
The content already exists. It sits in policies, decks and handbooks. What was missing is the machine that turns those documents into training people actually complete.
What it does
Ozor Learn takes a document, a policy, a deck, a handbook or a long video, and builds the course automatically: short lessons, flashcards and a quiz, with optional video per section generated by the Ozor engine. From there, delivery and proof are handled by the platform.
